La Residence is located within a quiet residential district in the centre of Playa Del Inglés, the most famous seaside resort in Gran Canaria. The complex is only 250 yards from a beautiful beach which leads to the famous dunes of Maspalomas.  It is only 5 minutes walking distance from the lively Commercial Centers of the Yumbo and Cita where you’ll find restaurants, bars and nightclubs to cater for every taste and budget.

La Residence has 6 delightful apartments each a with private sun terrace. There are 4 apartments on the ground-floor (2 bedrooms) and 2 Premium - one bedroom apartments on the 1st floor. Surrounded by a charming tropical garden, swimming-pool and Jacuzzi at your disposal, La Residence combines the comfort of home with modern contemporary style.

Your apartment is cleaned 3 times a week and on the day of your departure, the towels are changed every other day and bed-sheets once a week.
